We are enjoying all the snow Newfoundland has received this winter! Daily we make visits to our neighborhood dog park, or hike in the park across the street. Waylon enjoys a good run off leash. He is impressively quick to return to my side when I whistle, and goes into a sit straight away. He is a wonderful dog and our family is very proud of him. We look forward to another poodle from Fairhill Farm, when Waylon is ready to show a new puppy the ropes.

Laughlin is eight months old today. He is a big, affectionate, happy boy and such a good sport. We had a birthday celebration on the weekend and he was the life of the party. He especially loved the fallen sprinkles when we were cupcake decorating. We put a birthday hat on him and he walked around, wagging his tail thinking this was great fun. Ceilidh didn’t want her princess hat on and it came off in a matter of seconds.
Lauchie has a regal prance when he walks and is very self assured. The toy goose in his mouth is Ceilidh’s toy which is ten years old and it is still in pristine condition. Ceilidh would carry it around and drop it in a safe place until next time. And now, she allows her little brother to play with it.
We are very proud parents. Thank you for such wonderful poodles.
Here are some pictures of Brier and Strudel. Strudel is such a fantastic loving dog and a great member of our family. We are already dreading the time when she will return to Fairhill Farm to have her next puppies. We will miss her something terrible for the short time she has to be away from us.
Fairhill Farm SBF My Punch celebrated his 14th birthday on Sunday February 1st. While the locals were busy watching the Superbowl we celebrated what really matters – Our Poodle. He chose his special dinner, topped with hot dog, and we sang happy birthday. Punch does so like a good tune.
For the 14th time thank you for letting this pup come to live with us. He continues to make us laugh, be annoying as all get-out, and cheerfully spreads his “Punch-iness” where ever he goes. Here’s a photo from last summer where Punch is happily hunting frogs in his pond and another from a few days ago.
