We are amazed at how well Mollie has adapted to so many changes in the short month since she came to live with us. Just five days ago we returned from the cottage in Pomquet to city life in Bedford and Mollie has adapted wonderfully.
She has a favorite spot in our second floor apartment where she can look out and keep track of activities in the neighborhood. She walks beautifully with her leash and, as you can imagine, she has received many compliments on her first class behaviour whenever we take her out. She is so entertaining and loving.
You have given us a very special gift, Kathryn. Thank you for making this all possible.
Hugs to you,
Marlene and Ron and Mollie
Therapy Dogs bring so much joy and love to people who are no longer able to have pets in their lives. This is why I love what we do so much. It means the world to the patients and their families. We share stories about us and they have stories to share about them.
Keira Rose has the perfect personality/disposition for Therapy Dog work. She seems to just go in, assess the situation and do what needs to be done for each patient. She cuddles on beds with some, on couches with some, and sits with some. It is remarkable to watch the transformation of people when they get a visit from her; very rewarding for all involved.

This week marks Phinny’s fifth birthday. He is an absolute joy and such an important part of our family.
Here is a recent picture of him walking on the trail. He lives for his twice daily walks and there is often ball throwing involved for added fun.
Best Regards,
Bev, Kent & Phinneaous Shaw

We want to wish you and the poodles at the farm a Happy Thanksgiving. Mollie is settling in nicely after only one week with us. She is eating, drinking, and eliminating like she has always lived here and she keeps a watchful eye on all that is going on around her!
All the best,
Ron, Mar and Mollie
Kathryn’s Note: Mollie’s last pups were born in July 2018. She will be six years old in December and has found a new life as the one and only dog in Marlene & Ron’s home and, hopefully, will give and receive many years of love and affection with her new family. Ron and Marlene were previously the adoptive parents of Mollie’s mother, Dottie.
This is a picture I used in my ad for selling this couch. It sold in a day and I’m pretty sure it was because of the model in the foreground!
Finn is always excited and happy to go and play in the dog park. Bouncy is an understatement; all four feet off the ground over and over. People always comment on his enthusiasm and joy!
All the best
