Easy to raise, docile, and friendly breed. Hens grow large and roosters can reach 10 lbs. This dual purpose breed lays pink-brown eggs for years. Hens do go broody, but never once have we had a mean Bielefelder rooster in all the years we have owned them. These birds have different plumage at birth, so you know what you have! Day-old chicks (minimum 4)
